- 6-light chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 24"-62".
- 8-light and 10-light chandeliers have an adjustable drop length that ranges from 25"-99".
- Includes three interchangeable extension rods for hanging—one 6" and two 12".
- Clear PVC cord measures 72" long.

1. If you want to custom some special size or color when choose the lights on our website, Please provide us with the following information:

The information of the color and size or other you need to customize.
If can, please send us your actual application scenario (for we can give the most suitable design solution to you)
2. Other websites or physical stores' lamps and lanterns. Please provide us with the following information:
The picture or design drawing you have.

Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Usually, we will not encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods.
